Lula ‘a dore’  – Peppered squid served with garlic mayo

Camarão Alho e Óleo – Pan fried garlic and chilly tiger prawns served with seasonal leaves

Calabresa acebolada – Fresh pork sausage pan fried in Brazilian style with onions and cachaça

Risotto de Moqueca de camarão  – Prawn risotto made with sweet peppers and coconut milk (GF)

Moqueca – A Classic from Bahia, stew made with sweet peppers and coconut milk served with steamed rice and farofa (grated cassava crumbs):
